As part of the mandate of the current government administration of Katsina State in ensuring medical personnel are fit while discharging their responsibility of saving lives, football competition with the theme: "Masari Unity Cup Competition for Medical Personnel"  sponsored by Hon. Sani Aliyu Danlami in honour of the Katsina State Executive Governor Rt. Hon. Aminu Bello Masari CFR is organized. 

The first leg of the football competition featured FMC KATSINA FC 
VS GENERAL HOSPITAL KATSINA FC at the Muhammad Dikko Stadium, Katsina on Monday 16th May, 2022 which ended 1-1.
